At Ventus Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all premium apparel. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
